People's curiosity about the seventh wonder has remained since the beginning. Different people have different beliefs about these amazing places or objects. Many people travel to different places of the world in search of these things. But not any place that is easily available. These places or structures must have amazing historical and traditional importance.
Very ancient or any new object can be added to this list of Seven Wonders. Such lists were first published by ancient Hellenic travelers. Since ancient times many things have been added to this list in every age. However, this list has not remained the same, this list has been changing over the years. Every time something has changed. Along with that, new facilities or objects have been added to the list.
(Wonders of the World) a Swiss organization started again in 2000 to create a list of the Seventh Wonders of the World, the list was published in 2017.

Among the seventh wonders, the Taj Mahal of Agra must be mentioned first. This beautiful monument of white marble stone was built by the fifth Mughal emperor Shah Jahan. He lost his beloved wife Mumtaz in 1631. The Taj Mahal was built in his memory.

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil's second largest city, has a statue of Christ the Redeemer. This statue had to be made at a cost of about 250,000 US dollars. The entire money for the construction of this statue was collected as a donation. This 130 feet tall statue stands on the lap of Mount Corcovado.

The Roman Colosseum is an amazing historical landmark that has made it to both old and new lists. The landmark is actually a stadium. This monument was built during the reign of Roman Emperor Nero. This large oval roofless stage is located in Rome, Italy. With a capacity of around 50,000 spectators, the arena was mainly used for gladiator contests and public exhibitions. In the Roman Colosseum, contestants had to fight a lion cub.

The enigmatic civilization is Peru's 'Inca Civilization'. Peru's “Machu Picchu” deepens that mystery. Machu Picchu was founded between 1450-1460. It was built during the reigns of two famous Inca rulers - Pachacutec Inca Yupanqui (1438-71) and Tupac Inca Yupanqui (1472-93). The ruins of the ancient Inca civilization Machu Picchu are located in the Cordillera de Vilcabamba region of the Andes Mountains, 50 miles (80 km) northwest of Cuzco, Peru.
Also surprisingly, Peru's Machu Picchu, Jordan's Petra and Mexico's Chichen Itza made the list. The Panama Canal is listed as the Eighth Wonder of the World.
